Fee Schedule below quotes assignment prices based on non-complex or standard assignments. Complex assignments are defined as those such as dwellings over 4000 sqft, located in certain market areas, investment properties requiring cost to cure, 2-4 family properties depending on number of units and available data, complex estate and divorce appraisals.
